I'm participating in the Blog Party over at The Girl Creative! Check out what's happening here.
Though I only started this blog in October, I've had a few fun projects I think are worth reviewing. These are in no particular order.
1) Better Bench - refinished the seat of the bench that goes with my very 70s dresser; eventually I'll repaint the bench, but for 2009, recovering the seat was enough.
Invitations for a 25th Birthday Party - I turned 25 on the 25th, and I threw a big party! Here are the invites I made for next to nothing. And they're beautiful!
Party Bucket - Of course I needed somewhere to stores my sodas and drinks for my party. Look what I made for less than $5.
Thanksgiving Cards - Some of my most favorite things I made this year - the Thanksgiving cards. Lots of different designs and styles.
Apple Pie Adventures - I stepped into the pie making world with my very first Apple Pie!
Star Wreath - For Christmas, I needed a wreath that was unlike any other. With a little cardboard, some cotton and ribbon (and my mom's help), this is what came out. I adore it! Now on to bigger and better wreaths in 2010!
Christmas Table Runner - I wish I could take credit for this; alas, this is my mom's work. I just gave instructions, but I couldn't have been any happier if I had sewn it myself.
Christmas Centerpiece - With money on the mind, I set out to make a wallet-friendly centerpiece. It's interesting at least. :)
Monogram Gift Wrapping - One of my most favorite things from this holiday - monogram wrapping! Can't wait to use this more.
Santa Snacks - Yum! Santa really enjoyed his snacks.
